Every Day Ministries

Since we have been back in the States, the news is inundated with reports on the Swine Flu.  Many people are brought to the point of panic. What are the signs? What should we do? How do we prepare? While these are certainly valid questions we must remember to stay focused on Jesus Christ. I am reminded of Psalm 91 in the Bible…especially verses 14-16. “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. with long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.” This is the Word of God for those who call on His name. I believe that the days ahead will provide incredible opportunities to share the hope that we have in Jesus Christ. Be of good faith, be strong and make a difference for the Kingdom.

Each day EDM has the opportunity to speak into the lives of so many.  For instance, over the past few days we have shared at a church in Pimentel, as well as at an evening crusade in Los Quinientos.  In both places, there was a tremendous response to the Word of God.  We have also visited with numerous pastors speaking words of encouragement and praying over them.  Our Bible Institute is packed out with pastors and leaders eager to learn and grow in the wisdom of God.  We reached into the homes of many through the radio program.  We also visited and prayed over different people in the communities we were in over the last few days. Every day, we have the privilege of making eternal investments in the lives of pastors, leaders, churches and other individuals we cross paths with.
