Every Day Ministries knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives.  Our team is committed to the cause of the Gospel and to seeing transformation.

Our Founders

Pastors Jim and Renee Larson founded Every Day Ministries in 2006 as a Christian non-profit organization as a means of empowering the nation’s God given leaders. Jim directs the ministry programs while Renee administrates the daily life on the field. They believe that when we combine our individual strengths, we can build up and mentor others in a life changing way. With Jim and Renee’s years of combined ministerial, missions and business experience, they are impacting the multitudes while mentoring nationals in mission work.

Full Time Missionaries

Gregorix and Ramona Polanco, along with their daughter Greisy, are EDM’s first Dominican family to serve as full-time missionaries. Gregorix is the Directors' Assistant. He is EDM’s worship leader and lead translator. Ramona manages the hospitality department for team visits and leads EDM's dance ministry. Together they demonstrate to other nationals the impact of a life serving God and the people of their nation.

We are grateful for our staff who are dedicated to the vision and mission of EDM. They are an integral part of our team and are responsible for carrying out the day to day operations of the organization. They pour their hearts into their work and represent the ministry well.

We are honored to have national associate missionaries from the Dominican Republic as a part of our team. These men and women of God are faithfully serving in various roles in their local church while also carrying out the great commission and furthering the vision of EDM. They have made a personal commitment to the EDM mission organization to serve on a volunteer basis and collaborate in ministry efforts. They are a blessing.

Along with those who serve in the Dominican Republic, EDM is grateful for the men and women who volunteer their services while residing in the United States. This team of people is faithful and have devoted countless hours to the furthering of God’s vision for Every Day Ministries.
We thank God for them.
